These Terms govern your use of kiezio (the "Service") operated by [Your legal business name] ("we", "us"). By using kiezio you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

kiezio is a verified, multilingual directory of businesses and services in Germany. Listings, verification statuses and community reviews are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual-property rights, uploading malware, probing, scraping, or interfering with security.

4. Business listings and content

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing content. You grant us a limited licence to host and display content you submit for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Subscriptions, payments and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, its software, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of content you submit.

7. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid to us in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
